Christmas with Air Dolomiti and all the flavours of Italian tradition. This year sees, from 21 December 2017 to 10 January 2018, a trio of delights with dishes from three different Italian regions, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Apulia, interpreted by three award-winning chefs from the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe association: Flippo Saporito, Aurora Mazzucchelli and Leonardo Vescera. Innovative recipes created especially for passengers travelling in Business Class to savour and enjoy flight after flight. A gastronomic experience accompanied by two superb wines from the renowned Marchesi Antinori and Famiglia Cotarella.
