Accessibility Statement

Air Dolomiti S.p.A. European Regional Air Lines, undertakes to make its  website accessible, in accordance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.

This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.airdolomiti.eu/

Compliance status

This website partially complies with the requirements of Annex A to UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) because of the cases of non-conformity and/or exceptions listed below.

Inaccessible content

In order to make this accessibility statement, we have taken into account the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a panel test, which consisted of people with different disabilities who tested the site. They used assistive technologies such as the main screen readers (JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver), whose purpose is to interpret the contents of the page, presenting them as voice outputs.

The results of the tests show that some users may experience issues when trying to use some pages or functions of this site, as they are only partially accessible.

The contents listed below are not accessible due to non-compliance with Law 4/2004.

1.1.1 Non-text content: some images on the site have inconsistent alternative text or no alternative text at all.

1.3.1 Information and correlations: in some cases, the information, structure or correlations conveyed by the presentation cannot be programmatically determined or are not available through text.

1.4.3 Contrast (minimum): the visual representation of the foreground text and underlying background does not always reach the required minimum contrast ratio.

1.4.4 Text resizing: if text is enlarged, text overlaps and truncations occur, making some parts of the site unreadable.

1.4.10 Flow recalculation: by increasing the display size settings, some content does not reshape properly; for example, on the homepage, the flight booking dashboard overlaps the underlying text.

1.4.13 Content with Hover or Focus: some additional content that appears and disappears according to the focus of the keyboard, or when hovering the mouse pointer, is not intercepted, or the user is not informed that new content has appeared.

2.1.1 Keyboard: some interface features cannot be used when navigating via keyboard.

2.4.4 Purpose of the link (in context):  generic links are present, such as "See all" or "Learn more".

2.4.6 Headings and labels: some headings and labels to describe topics or purposes are not set consistently.

3.3.1 Error identification: error messages are not automatically intercepted by assistive technologies.

3.3.2 Labels or instructions: in some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input actions.

3.3.3 Error tips: if an input error is identified, suggestions to correct it are not clearly provided to the user.

4.1.2 Name, role, value: for some UI components, name and role are not programmatically determined.
