The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law of 9 January 2004, no. 4.

To prepare this accessibility statement, we took into account the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a panel comprising people with various disabilities; they tested the site using different assistive technologies and interaction methods, including screen readers (Jaws, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard navigation, and magnification features.

The instances of non-compliance and the corresponding WCAG success criteria are listed below:

1.1.1 Non-text content: some meaningful non-text content lacks an adequate text alternative, while some decorative elements are not correctly excluded from being read by assistive technologies.

1.3.1 Information and relationships: in some cases, information, structure, and relationships presented visually are not available in text form or cannot be correctly recognised by assistive technologies.

1.4.3 Contrast (minimum):  in some cases, the contrast between text and background is insufficient to ensure adequate readability.

1.4.4 Text resizing: when text size is increased up to 200%, some content or functionality is not fully available or appears overlapped, clipped, or difficult to use.

1.4.11 Non-text contrast: some interface components, status indicators, and graphical elements required for understanding have insufficient contrast against adjacent colours.

2.1.1 Keyboard: some functionality cannot be fully used via keyboard or an equivalent interface, preventing access for users who do not use a pointer.

2.4.4 Link purpose (in context): the purpose of some links is not understandable from the link text or the associated context, making it difficult to predict the destination or action triggered.

2.5.3 Label in name: for some components, the name recognised by the assistive technologies does not contain the visible label text, making use via voice commands difficult.

3.2.1 On focus: in some cases, simply moving focus to a component causes an unexpected change of context, without the user having requested the action.

3.3.1 Error identification: in some forms, automatically detected errors are not clearly identified or are not described via an understandable text message.

3.3.2 Labels or instructions: some fields or controls requiring data input lack sufficiently clear labels or instructions to understand their purpose and how to fill them out.

3.3.3 Error suggestion: when an error is detected and the correction method is known, useful guidance to resolve it is not always provided.

4.1.2 Name, role, value: for some interface components, the name, role, state, or value are not correctly communicated to the assistive technologies, or their changes are not made available programmatically.
