Air Dolomiti S.p.A. L.A.R.E. ("Air Dolomiti") adopted a process for the receipt, analysis and processing of reports, including anonymous ones, aimed at preventing and combating unlawful behavior or behavior not marked by the principles of ethics and integrity.
The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions (so-called "Whistleblowing Decree").
Air Dolomiti implemented internal reporting channels that guarantee whistleblowers the confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in the report as well as their protection from retaliation.
If you would like to make a report to Air Dolomiti below you will find the below reporting channels.
Reports can be made:
(I) the first with the identity data of the Reporting Party;
(II) the second one with the Report, so as to separate the Reporting Officer's identifying data from the Report. Both should then be placed in a third sealed envelope with the words "Confidential intended for the Reporting Manager" on the outside.
The Reporting Party is issued with an acknowledgement of receipt of the report within 7 days from the date of receipt. The Whistleblower is also informed of the outcome of the investigations conducted into the matter.
