Air Dolomiti S.p.A. L.A.R.E. ("Air Dolomiti") adopted a process for the receipt, analysis and processing of reports, including anonymous ones, aimed at preventing and combating unlawful behavior or behavior not marked by the principles of ethics and integrity.

The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions (so-called "Whistleblowing Decree").

Air Dolomiti implemented internal reporting channels that guarantee whistleblowers the confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in the report as well as their protection from retaliation.

If you would like to make a report to Air Dolomiti below you will find the below reporting channels.

Reports can be made:

  1. by ordinary mail: addressed to “Gestore delle Segnalazioni” c/o Ufficio Compliance, at the company's registered office, Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR), via Paolo Bembo, 70; in this regard, in order to be able to guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the Reporting Party (in case the report is not made anonymously), it is advisable that the Report be placed in two sealed envelopes:

(I) the first with the identity data of the Reporting Party;

(II) the second one with the Report, so as to separate the Reporting Officer's identifying data from the Report. Both should then be placed in a third sealed envelope with the words "Confidential intended for the Reporting Manager" on the outside.

  1. by e-mail: to the e-mail address [email protected] specially activated and managed only by the Reporting Manager.
  2. orally: by means of a statement made by the Reporting Officer, at a special hearing set within a reasonable time, to the Reporting Manager, recorded in the minutes and signed by the Reporting Officer. The hearing may be requested by e-mail communication to the e-mail address [email protected] or by regular mail.
  3. on the Lufthansa Group BKMS portal, also anonymously here.

The Reporting Party is issued with an acknowledgement of receipt of the report within 7 days from the date of receipt. The Whistleblower is also informed of the outcome of the investigations conducted into the matter.
