Flight and Baggage Irregularity

You will initially receive an automatic reply with the reference number of your file. Our team will then provide you with precise feedback.
We will do our best to process all requests within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the response, within a reasonable period of time you can lodge your claim to the competent National Enforcement Body (NEB) for the application of Regulation (EU) 261/2004 within the country where the disruption took place.
Baggage irregularity: if you are a passenger and need assistance in case your baggage has been damaged or lost.
Third party irregularity: if you are a third party (claim agency, agency, insurance) and want to make a request pursuant to (EU) Regulation 261/2004 or in case of baggage irregularity.
