If you lost something at the airport or on board of our Air Dolomiti aircrafts, please contact within 3 days the local staff of the Lost&Found office providing a detailed description of the lost item and the information regarding the flight on which the lost item has probably been lost.
If you lost something at Munich airport or on board of our aircraft landed in Munich, please contact the following email address: email@example.com.
If you lost an item at Frankfurt airport or on board of our aircraft landed in Frankfurt am Main, please contact the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you lost something in one of Italy’s and Europe’s airport, we kindly ask you to contact the local staff at that airport.

Although Air Dolomiti will take the best care of found objects, we are not liable for the loss of personal items on board our aircraft.
