Florence Airport (FLR), named after Amerigo Vespucci, is located in Peretola just 5 km North-West of the city center, 15 km from Prato, 32 km from Pistoia and 36 km from Montecatini.

The Sita/Ataf bus service connects the airport to the Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence in just 20 minutes.
