Check-in
Can I check-in online? How does it work?
Within 23 hours before departure you can check-in online via Lufthansa website or Lufthansa App: select your seat and print out your online boarding pass or have it sent to your mobile phone. Your mobile boarding pass replaces a printed boarding pass. It can be scanned directly from your iPhone or Android Phone at the Bag Drop desk, security, boarding gates and presented as you board the aircraft.
In case you experience some issues from your tablet or smartphone, we kindly suggest you to use Lufthansa app.
Please understand that due to the current situation, mobile boarding passes are not available on every flight and you will only receive your physical boarding pass after your Covid-19 related documents have been checked at the counter.
