Economy Flex

Fly with the Economy Flex fare if you're looking for flexibility when planning your journeys: booking changes are permitted and the fare is also refundable, with a penalty fee. The ideal fare when your travel plans might change. Checked baggage (max 23 kg) is also included.

 

Name changes are not allowed.
Should you mistype a name, you can amend the name/surname of a passenger up to a maximum of 3 letters.

Please note that amendments are not allowed where it involves changing a passenger’s gender (male/female).

Examples:
  wrong ROSSI/MARIO MR -> right ROSSI/MARIA MRS -> NOT ALLOWED
  wrong ROSSI/MARIO MR -> right ROSSI/MARINO -> ALLOWED

Passengers are kindly requested to notify our Sales Centre of any misspelling or changes by calling +39 045 2886140 within 48 hours before departure.

 

Please note: tickets purchased under these fare terms and conditions are not eligible to participate in air miles reward schemes.

 

Important notice: for all tickets issued until 30th June 2019 please consider fare and conditions of old fares. For the tickets issued between 1st July and 31st December 2019 please consider these fare conditions.
