Ancona airport

Located north-west of the city, Ancona Airport is just over 15 km from the city centre. Connections and Transport

Ancona International Airport is well connected to the city and offers various transport options to and from the city centre. The Raffaello Aerobus is a shuttle bus service available from 7.00 to 22.30 that connects the airport to the city in the Marche passing through the seaside town of Falconara Marittima: tickets can be purchased on board at a cost of 5.50 EUR and 3.30 EUR respectively.
A few steps from the airport there is also the Castelferretti train station, with trains leaving every 20-40 minutes and reaching Ancona in approximately 20 minutes.
For those who choose to travel by car, Ancona airport offers a multi-storey car park with variable rates depending on the length of stay. In the arrivals area there are also the boxes of the main national and international car rental companies. Taxi rides and chauffeur-driven rental services, located outside the Arrivals terminal, have variable costs and it is therefore a good idea to inquire beforehand.
