Lounge Access Policy at Munich Airport
At Munich Airport passengers are entitled to access to the Lounges only if holding a Business Class ticket or the Frequent Flyer status, the Senator Lufthansa Miles & More status or if members of the HON Circle.

Lounge Access Policy – Italian and Austrian airports
• HON Circle Members (HON)
• Senator Members (SEN)
• Star Alliance Members with Gold Status (YY*G) -> Important: passengers who have a Star Alliance Gold card only have access to Lufthansa’s Lounge in Milan Malpensa if they are customers of Lufthansa (LH), United Airlines (UA), Air Canada (AC) or All Nippon Airways (NH). This is irrespective of the fare they have booked.
• Business Class passengers.
***Frequent Travellers (FTL) are not entitled to use the lounge with an exception for Milan Malpensa Airport, where the access to Lufthansa VIP Lounge is allowed also for FTL with Air Dolomiti boarding pass***
Access is only possible in combination with a valid boarding pass for a same-day departing Air Dolomiti operated flight (charter flights are excluded).
Currently lounges are available for Air Dolomiti passengers in the following Italian airports: Verona, Venice, Florence, Bologna, Turin, Milan Malpensa, Pisa and Bari. Access to lounges is possible also in the airports of Linz and Graz (Austria).
Lounge Access Policy at Frankfurt Airport
At Frankfurt Airport passengers are entitled to access to the Lounges only if holding a Business Class ticket or the Frequent Flyer status, the Senator Lufthansa Miles & More status or if members of the HON Circle.
Air Dolomiti passengers with onward Lufthansa Flight in First Class may use the First Class Terminal or any First Class Lounge (Terminal 1, concourse A or B).
HON Circle Members may visit the First Class Terminal or First Class Lounge Terminal 1 (next to Gate A13).

Lounge companions access
The following customer groups are entitled to take ONE companion to the lounge: First Class passengers, HON Circle Member, Senator (SEN) and Star Alliance Gold Cardholder.
Notes:
- To access any lounge, companions have to be on the same flight
- Infants are not counted as companions
- Only in LH Group lounges: HON and First Class passengers are entitled to take also their spouse / partner plus children under the age of 18
- Only in LH Group lounges: SEN are entitled to take also their children under the age of 18
