Air Dolomiti obtains the renewal of the certification ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001

Verona, 26 November 2020 - Air Dolomiti, Italian airline of Lufthansa Group, has obtained, for 2020, the renewal of UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications following the audit by the team of DNV GL – Business Assurance, one of the main certification bodies worldwide. 
The two standards identify a series of regulations and guidelines for the implementation of a quality management system aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, respectively through the monitoring of business processes and activities and information security management.
The renewal was scheduled for 2021 but was anticipated to give operational continuity, confirming the maintenance of high levels of quality in the various departments under analysis.

Air Dolomiti obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification in 2000 and the ISO/IEC 27001 certification in 2017; for both of them checks are periodically carried out with the aim of complying with operational standards.
