Flight irregularities: if you are a passenger, please use this form for a compensation request for long delay, cancellation or denied boarding by (EU) Regulation 261/2004.

Flight- and Baggage irregularities third parties: if you are a third party (claim agency, agency, insurance): please use this form for a compensation or indemnity request by (EU) Regulation 261/2004/.

Baggage irregularities: if you are a passenger, please use this form for an indemnity request as for the Montreal Convention.
