Frankfurt Airport
The largest airport in Germany
Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is 12 km away from the city of Frankfurt and can be easily reached thanks to the efficient public transport system. It is the largest airport of Germany and the main hub of Lufthansa, consisting of four runways.
If you reach the airport by car, coming from North Germany, take the A5 motorway in the direction of Frankfurt and follow the signs for "Flughafen" (airport). If you arrive from South Germany, take the A67, then join the A5 towards Frankfurt and follow the signs for "Flughafen". Coming from the East, take the A3 towards Frankfurt, cross the Frankfurter Kreuz intersection and follow the signs for "Flughafen". Coming from the West take the A3 in the direction of Frankfurt and, once at the Wiesbadener Kreuz intersection, take the A66 to Frankfurt and follow the signs to "Flughafen".
