Does Air Dolomiti serve special meals?
Yes, on Air Dolomiti flights special meals are served exclusively in Business Class on flights of more than 75 minutes’ duration.
Please remember to order your special meal up to 24 hours before flight departure, through the Air Dolomiti Sales Center (tel: +390452886140; e-mail address: email@example.com). The special meal service is free of charge.

Does Air Dolomiti offer in-flight entertainment system?
Passengers can now access a range of free content through our sophisticated inflight entertainment system!
You can choose from a huge range of materials, including all the major Italian and foreign newspapers, video, mini-games and our moving map section, which gives you the flight position in real time, as well updates on our special offers and those of our partners and inflight events. Available in all three languages: English, German and Italian.
The service is free of charge and available to all passengers. Every aircraft has a server with Wi-Fi connection. Simply set your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) to airplane mode before take-off and activate the appropriate Wi-Fi option selecting ENWIFI and you will be able to access a world of entertainment (www.boardconnect.aero).
This service is completely free, easy to access and does not require you to download any app.
This innovative new service comes after the introduction of our eJournals, newspapers and magazines made available in digital format.
What is the current policy regarding facemask requirements?
Wearing a mouth-nose-cover on board and at the airport is mandatory for everyone.
Please remember that only facemasks of the following standards will be permitted on Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti flights to and from Germany: FFP2, KN95 and N95 standard or surgical masks. These have to be worn during boarding, on board and when leaving the aircraft. Masks made of fabric will no longer be permitted, visors and masks with valves have not been permitted already.
Exceptions to this regulation can still be made for health reasons.
