Book seats in advance

 

 

• During the online booking process: Select your preferred seat directly from the seat map. Here you can find the seat maps and technical data for our fleet:

• After booking, via "Manage Booking": If you already have a booking, simply log in to Manage Booking using your surname and booking code. Under the Additional Services section, you can select and pay for your preferred seat. Please Note: the additional services are only available for flights operated by Air Dolomiti and are not refundable.
• Via Customer Service: Contact Air Dolomiti Customer Service (+39 045 2886140; from Germany +49 089 97580497; available Monday–Friday 8:30 am – 8:00 pm, Saturday–Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays).

 

Passengers whose fare does not include a free seat reservation will be allocated a seat randomly during online check-in. We do our utmost to ensure adjacent seating for passengers travelling in the same reservation. Passengers have the option of changing the seat allocated to them during online check-in for a fee.

 

Passengers whose fare does include a free seat reservation, can change their existing seat within the same seat category free of charge, subject to availability. Passengers who have already booked a seat reservation and want to change to a different seat may incur additional charges. If the price of the new seat is higher than the originally paid seat, the difference will be charged. If the new seat is the same price or lower, no refund will be issued.

 

Conditions when changing a seat:

• Seats are available on the flight for which the passenger wishes to check in.
• There are no operational reasons preventing a seat change.
• The passenger has a confirmed booking and has been accepted for online check-in (no waiting list bookings).
• The passenger must check in online no later than 2 hours before departure.
• The purchase of a seat during online check-in covers only the selected seat category, meaning the specific seat number may be changed for operational reasons. In the event of such a change, passengers may select another seat within the same category free of charge, subject to availability. Please note that a confirmed seat reservation grants a right only to the chosen category (e.g., aisle, window, or seat with extra legroom) rather than a specific seat number on board (e.g., seat 3A).
