Florence Airport
The Florence Airport, named after Amerigo Vespucci, is located in Peretola just 5 km north-west from the city centre of Florence, 8 km from Prato, 24 km from Pisa and 36 km from Montecatini. Sita/Ataf bus service connects the airport to the Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence in just 20 minutes. For those travelling by car, the airport can be reached on motorway A1 and taking the Firenze Nord exit. There are 241 parking spaces at the airport for short stays and more than 600 for long ones.
