For some specific kinds of baggage, such as strollers, wheelchairs and crutches, it is possible to request – at the passenger's discretion – the “Delivery at Aircraft” (DAA) procedure.
These items will be collected at the side of the aircraft to be placed in the hold – if there is not enough room in the cabin – and will be given back to the passenger during disembarkation, directly at the side of the aircraft or at the loading bridge (finger).
Passengers may choose to opt for the “Delivery at Aircraft” (DAA) procedure or to register the items as hold luggage.
If the DAA procedure is requested on connecting flights, please inform staff at check-in or boarding if you wish to retrieve the item at the transit airport.
