Etix
When you buy your ticket at www.airdolomiti.it or from Air Dolomiti Customer Services, travelling has never been so easy!
From today tickets for legs from Ancona, Bologna, Florence, Frankfurt, Genoa, Milan, Munich, Pisa, Venice, Verona, Turin and Trieste will only be issued as e-tickets (etix®).
E for easy – no more tickets to remember and you save time at check-in.
All bookings and payments are stored electronically, just bring your confirmation e-mail or booking reference together with your ID.
Booking
Buy your ticket directly from our website www.airdolomiti.it or from our Customer Service.
Once you have booked and paid for your flight you will receive an email with your ticket number, pricing details, flight information, booking code and conditions of transportation. Print this out and keep it handy throughout your journey.
Your booking will be logged electronically.
Payment can be made by credit card.
Remember to quote your Miles&More membership card number or any other Star Alliance membership card to ensure you are automatically awarded your flight miles.
If you purchase an e-ticket you will automatically be sent an etix and will no longer receive a traditional, printed ticket.

Ancona, Bologna, Florence, Frankfurt, Genoa, Milan, Munich, Pisa, Venice, Verona, Turin and Trieste
Air Dolomiti e-tickets are also available through travel agents.
Faster Check –in
Passengers with e-tickets can either check in at one of our desks by producing their email or can use our Quick Check-In service points by keying in their booking code.
If a credit card or a Miles & More membership card was used during booking, simply insert the card used to complete check-in.
Please note:
• Passengers must have suitable ID, passports and any required visas.
• Passengers are responsible for checking they have all the necessary documentation for their journey.
Receipts
Your Passenger Receipt for payment will be printed out automatically when you check-in either at the desk or quick check-in points.
Quick Boarding
Passengers travelling with Air Dolomiti and Lufthansa e-tickets can access our convenient Quick Boarding facility installed at some gates at Frankfurt and Munich airports.
Simply insert your etix® boarding card into the Quick Boarding machine with the magnetic band facing downwards.The turnstile will open automatically and the machine will print out a card with your seating details.
Tickets delivery
Tickets purchased on Air Dolomiti routes are only issued as electronic tickets (etix®).
This provides several advantages: to check in, you no longer need to remember to collect or bring your ticket and check-in will be quicker. The booking made and the payment are stored electronically! You only have to bring your confirmation email or the booking code and your ID documents.
Invoices has to be requested contextually to your booking reservation. The request can be accepted everyday till 17.30 exclusively calling Air Dolomiti Customer Service at +39 045 2886140.
