From September 16th to October 3rd, together with the Bavarian Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Forestry and the Italy-Germany Munich-Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce, we will offer our passengers a taste of traditional Bavarian cuisine and top quality products.
The dishes for our special tasting are prepared by talented young Bavarian chef Stefan Fuss, who runs the Goldener Stern in Rohrbach and recently awarded the title of best young chef in Bavaria.
The offered specialties are produced by eight Bavarian companies with shared values of tradition, authenticity and the hightest quality. The dishes will be served together with the famous Staatlicher Hofkeller wines from Würzburg.
On-Board Oktoberfest Menu
Cured meats from Bavaria, Emmental
cheese cubes, frankfurters and radish.
Miniature meatballs with cucumbers,
horseradish and orange infused mustard.
Apfelkücherl (apple fritters) served
with vanilla cream, icing sugar and cinnamon.
Beef marinated in apple vinaigrette,
radish and Parmesan cheese.
