Baggage Assistance
In case of damaged or lost baggage, you have the possibility to check your file status directly with our Customer Service Center if your irregularity report was open as Air Dolomiti (cod. EN: e.g. VRNEN00000). It is reachable both by telephone from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m; on Saturdyay and Sunday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the following number +39 045 288 6140 or by email writing to customer-relations@airdolomiti.it. On the contrary, if your file was open as Lufthansa (cod. LH: e.g. VRNLH00000) you can verify the status of your baggage entering this page.
